EGF (sh-Oligopeptide-1)

Epidermal growth factor (EGF) binds to the EGF receptor on keratinocytes and fibroblasts, the main cells of the outer and inner skin layers. It is involved in cell proliferation, migration and differentiation. Topical EGF has been studied for its role in repairing the skin surface and in skin texture.

IGF-1 (sh-Oligopeptide-2)

Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) is involved in fibroblast activity and in the production of the extracellular matrix, the structure that gives skin its thickness. Research has linked lower IGF-1 levels with age-related changes in the skin.

VEGFA (sh-Polypeptide-9)

aFGF (sh-Polypeptide-11)

Acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF, also called FGF-1) has been studied mainly in wound-healing research. It is known for its role in fibroblast proliferation and dermal repair.

bFGF (sh-Polypeptide-1)

Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF, also called FGF-2) is one of the most studied growth factors in skin repair research. It is associated with fibroblast proliferation and the production of extracellular matrix components such as collagen and glycosaminoglycans.

Biomimetic Peptides

Biomimetic peptides are short, lab-made chains of amino acids designed to resemble signals found naturally in the skin.

GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1)

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide that occurs naturally in human plasma. It is one of the most researched peptides in skin care and has been studied for its role in collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan production.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8

Acetyl hexapeptide-8 is a synthetic peptide modeled on part of the SNAP-25 protein, which is involved in the nerve signals that make facial muscles contract. It has been studied in cosmetic research for its effect on the appearance of expression lines. It is applied topically, not injected.

Phyto-NEP (Caffeoyl sh-Decapeptide-9)
